In order to dispel customers’ doubt, we have set up branch offices and have authorized some agents all over the world to offer attentive services locally, thus helping users gain economic benefits as expected.
1. Pre-sales Service
Before an order is made, customers could consult us about technical issues, and we will send images of proofing to customers. These services are completely free of charge. However, if a sample machine is needed, the freight cost should be afforded by the customer.
2. During-sales Service
Under most conditions, the deliver time is within 10 working days counted from the day when the earnest money (30% of the total payment for goods) is paid. Then, after the rest is paid, the ordered goods will be shipped.
Our technicians will help you solve problems through the Internet, if there is any problem when using our machines. In addition, machine installation and other service items are all attainable.
3. After-sales Service
We offer one year warranty for machines and half a year warranty for main spindles. Under warranty, we will replace damaged components free of charge on condition that the damage is not resulted from improper use, and the corresponding freight cost is also paid by us. On the other hand, if the damaged parts are still repairable, customers should spend some money in sending them back to our company, but expendable parts are not included.
4. OEM Service
OEM service is available here, and we can redesign machine appearance according to customer’s logo and other special requirements. Label for OEM can be omitted.
5. Other Service
Worldwide customers could come to our factory to receive training courses on how to use the machine and software, and we don’t charge any money. If necessary, our engineers could visit customer’s factory to give training courses as well, but you need to bear the cost.
